In making glass Recycled Glass wine bottles, how I can seamlessly blend the edges that?

I want to soften the cut edges by fusing the glass rather than sanding. I tried to shoot the gun, but he broke the glass. Do I need an oven for this, and if so, how long do what temperature?

Basically, you can not. In theory, you could heat the glass in a furnace until it was above the annealing temperature, but did not collapse under its own weight in a short time – about 1050F of common window glass. Then you could take one or compressed-air/propane oxy / propane and melt the edges, but that would manipulate 1050F glass and torch would raise the temperature, while it did. You can not use an air MAPP torch, the torch not work properly with air at 1050F. Making bottles elements required to grind the edge off the sharp corners and shape then using progressively more grits and polishes without accepting the edge of land. Much time and labor – which destroys most of the recycling economy.
